I had my hair done at Sit Still about two weeks ago, and its taken me this long to be able to write this without getting very upset. My appointment was with Traci, who was very sweet and a nice person, but she definately needs more training and/or supervision. \r

My FIRST appointment lasted over three and a half hours, which is twice the time I reasonably expected to spend there for a cut and highlights. My color, first of all, which previously had nice blond highlights, was dyed all brown except for a few brassy streaks at the back. For a cut, I asked for a chin length bob with light layers and long bangs. I ended up with something close, but the bottom layer in the back was to long and uneven it was too heavy. I didn't have the time to stay there any longer, so I scheduled another appointment.\r

My SECOND appointment was also long, because she double booked the time. My color was improved, but the cut was a disaster. Long, frustrating story made shorter is that she did not listen to what I wanted and she cut off most of my hair, leaving me with a hairstyle last seen on the mom from the Brady Bunch. When I told her what I didn't like, she kept insisting that it was a great cut.\r

I don't care if she liked it, I hate it. It is totally uneven and chunky, and will take forever to grow out. I assume the rest of the salon is great, given all the reviews, but I had a very bad experience.
