My sister and I were visiting LA and picked this place from the reviews posted here. The experience was incredible! Zac did major color correction to my sister's hair and it's never looked better. Mel gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I am used to paying salon prices in SF so was very pleasantly surprised to find that the cost of the haircut was $44 (not the $125 I am charged in SF). Mel spent over one hour cutting my hair to precision. She is the first person to get the bangs right! This place is awesome. They are friendly, on time, priced right and their work is incredible. I am glad I will be relocating to LA this month now that I have a salon. Awesome!
Pros: Expertise of the staff, on time appointments, great pricing!
