Sierra Air does not follow up with the inspection reports that their technicians claim will be sent. Sierra Air inspects our system twice a year and each time I have to go through the automated answering system and service to get to customer service and ask them to send the promised report. more

Hello. Thank you so much for your feedback. Our apologies for not sending the inspection report right away. We definitely strive for improvement each and every day.
