Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Maintenance Check 9/17/2018

Just had a very pleasant experience having our heating/air con system check-up. Really nice getting an advance phone call to let us know the technician was on his way. Ryan Sonetti was very professional & polite. He answered all our questions and was very careful hauling his ladder in & out of our house. We'll be sure & ask for Ryan for our next servicing (we renewed our contract for another year). more

Starting with a call to Sierra for an air conditioner problem, Rina was helpful, easy to talk to and got Eric S. out to us in less than half an hour. He was professional, patient and explained the problems and offered various solutions. We chose to install a new system to replace the 17 year old unit we have. more

Great Service 8/10/2018

I called Sierra Air for 7 days and sometimes multiple times a day. When I called on Thursday and explained the situation to Nicole she promised to have someone call me back. I had spoken to several other people before Nicole and did not receive a call back. I was not feeling confident I would receive a call. Nicole said she was sending an email to her management team. Within 30 minutes of the call to Nicole, I received a call from a very nice man named Kyle. He said he would resolve the issue and he did. By the time I left the office on Thursday, the needed repairs were completed. The tenant in the property was happy and cool, the property owner was happy and I was happy too! Thanks to Nicole for providing an excellent customer service experience!!! more

Jeremy Service Very Dissappointed! 8/8/2018

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that's is $138 only nothing else. so same day this afternoon upstairs our a/c was very hot so I called again SIERRA, they said technician will be here at 4pm (but Jeremy arrived at 8:50pm) was so rude & very unprofessional doesn't listen to what we say only his word is important, were so mad especially he's attitude! he's bagging his ladder all the way upstairs, he's mad, no respect too, and he said Ryan S, didn't quote us correct amount, it not $138, the correct amount is $699! & he is very persistent that our Zone Actuator is broken. Were not happy to Jeremy service, we don't believed him because his own action! I will find another company & I will cancel this Sierra! more

Nicole was very courteous and helpful when I called to inquire about buying a/c filters. The size I need wasn't on her list; but she said she would check with the Parts Dept. and call me back. She did so and I was able to order what I needed. When the filters came in to Sierra, I was called right away to set up a delivery date. Very satisfied!!!!! more

Greg is the MAN! 7/18/2018

Sierra LLC understood our need for a technician to come to our home quickly. Set an appointment for 2 hours later. The staff on the phone was great. Our technician, Greg, arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by helping us understand our situation and our options. He answered every question I had. He made our stressful situation one that we could work through and feel confident in the decision we made for the repair of our system.The price seemed fair and competitive and there were no surprises. While he did say our system may need to be replaced in the near future, he was not overly aggressive about it. He was transparent during each step of the process which helped me feel at ease. He was extremely respectful, friendly, and professional. Greg is our HVAC tech from now on and I think I'd like to invite him to Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Greg! more

I hope I am posting correctly. I called Sierra Friday night for A/C repair at 8pm. James was at my house at 8:30pm and I had a working A/C by 8:45 pm!! So happy with the service I received from Sierra Air Conditioning 7/13/2018

I was very pleased with the excellent professional care I received today. Dabari took my initial phone call and took down my information quickly and had a technician scheduled all within 5 minutes. He gave me a window of time that the technician would arrive. 30 minutes prior to arrival, I received a kind phone call from Dajana letting me know that Kenneth Byars was on his way. Kenneth was awesome. I really appreciated all his effort and hard work in a very hot house. He went to work quickly trying to locate the problem. It turned out to be a few different things that Kenneth replaced as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with and highly recommend Sierra Air Conditioning and Heating. more

David Q. Service Call on 7/6 7/6/2018

David Q. arrived soon after I got a phone call that Sierra Air was on its way. David quickly diagnosed the issue causing the loud air intake noise. David replaced the 1" furnace filters with two 4" furnace filters. The AC system now is running with very little noise. David was very polite, and was also able to provide a discount on the two new 4" filters. more
