I was very pleased with the excellent professional care I received today. Dabari took my initial phone call and took down my information quickly and had a technician scheduled all within 5 minutes. He gave me a window of time that the technician would arrive. 30 minutes prior to arrival, I received a kind phone call from Dajana letting me know that Kenneth Byars was on his way. Kenneth was awesome. I really appreciated all his effort and hard work in a very hot house. He went to work quickly trying to locate the problem. It turned out to be a few different things that Kenneth replaced as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with and highly recommend Sierra Air Conditioning and Heating.
