I hope I am posting correctly. I called Sierra Friday night for A/C repair at 8pm. James was at my house at 8:30pm and I had a working A/C by 8:45 pm!! Your company is amazing and your staff truly goes above exceptional service. James is very professional, understanding and honest!!! I can not say enough great words. Kudo to you and your company!!
