Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Super positive 1/6/2017

Jeremy was so helpful letting us know what will be needed to maintain this just recently bought 20 year plus home. He made sure we saw condition of the two units taking care of 3,300 sq ft home and what cost would be to upgrade in future. Since I had Sierra at my previous home in Sun City Athem and was very happy with their service for 8 years there!! Plus Jeremy was very sweet with my over affectionate dogs. Also I was called right away when new filters could be put in. She was very helpful in getting me a good time frame. more

No Surprises 1/6/2017

Longtime customer in 3 different homes. Customer service is outstanding. Reps are professional. Scheduling easy even on weekends. Prices are on the high side for sure but you get what you pay for and as I titled this piece: no surprises. more

Maintenance check up 1/4/2017

I had maintenance performed on the 2 heating units in my house by Todd Carter. He was very professional and polite. He was very helpful when I told him about a noise that I heard when the system came on. He also told me about the extended warranty that would save me money. Thanks to Todd I am going to purchase the extended warranty. more

The tech, Derick, showed up on time, very professional and thorough. He did an excellent job. He was neat and clean. Also, Yvonne called a bit earlier to tell me he was on his way. She was very courteous and professional too. I have been with this company for over 6 year now and am totally satisfied with their service. more

Service call 12/26/2016

Derek came in the AM on time and we had been without heat over the holiday! I told him what the problem was and ask him if he could take care of it. He said yes and after I called up and ask him some questions he gave me the answers and I left him to do his job. He was knowledgeable of what he was doing checked things out with the wall thermostat and made sure it was working again and set properly. I was very pleased . I used this company all the time. more

Positive Service Experience with Sierra - December, 2016 12/26/2016

The Sierra Air Team was very professional every step of the way. Beginning with my experience on the phone with Yvonne B. and continuing with the service professional Fernando C. Yvonne was attentive and responsive to my urgent heater issue and expedited the service request. When Fernando, the service pro arrived, he was courteous, efficient, and informative. After thorough inspection of the heater, he described the problem in detail, and then he provided options for fixing the unit. Repair prices were clearly stated and service package discounts were explained. Fernando went "above and beyond" to work within my budget and make this unexpected repair expense a little less painful (especially days before Christmas!) The positive experience I had with these two outstanding members of Sierra Team made an unexpected Holiday repair bill less "painful!" Job well done! more

Heating Tune-up 12/20/2016

As with all of the heating and cooling technicians from Sierra, Joe was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He performed a thorough inspection, winter tune up and cleaning of our heating system and provided helpful information on filters to use and areas which may need attention in the future. He also installed our metal bedroom filter, which is always a pain because of it position over our bed. the 5 minutes it took to do it was much appreciated. Finally, as we may be moving this spring, he offered suggestions of what to look for in a prospective home and suggested having it checked out by Sierra before purchase to save possible surprises after moving in. All of Sierra's personnel that we met in the course of our business with you were neat in appearance, polite and respectful and followed thru on promises, such as providing us with a new thermostat.
