David Q. arrived soon after I got a phone call that Sierra Air was on its way. David quickly diagnosed the issue causing the loud air intake noise. David replaced the 1" furnace filters with two 4" furnace filters. The AC system now is running with very little noise. David was very polite, and was also able to provide a discount on the two new 4" filters. more
