Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Another great experience 3/31/2017

Have been with Sierra on contract since having a problem with my system 2 years ago. They check it 2 X a year and have had no problems since. There is a certain security knowing it will work when you need it to, and since our AC is the biggest most expensive appliance in the house there isn't another company I would want to service it. Everyone of the Techs that have come out have been very friendly, polite, professional, and clean. Matt is very knowledgeable and easy to like, as this has been my experience with the rest of the Sierra team. more

The people who work for Sierra LLC are exceptional. They are very knowledgable and always know how to answer my questions and give me the best options. They are curtious and kind also, and I feel I can trust them to be honest. They are careful in my house, which is very important to me. they go above and beyond the minimum, and they take the time to explain everything to me. I trust the associates of this cmpany with my heating and a/c needs which is as important as choosing a doctor in this town. When so many companies only care about how much money they can get, it's nice to be have a company like Sierra. more

A/C Service and Repair Performance Review 3/22/2017

I don't do reviews...EVER! In this instance however the repairman totally exceeded my expectations to the point that I feel it would be beneficial to others seeking honest, competent and efficient A/C service and repair. Wayne arrived on schedule and was extremely polite and patient while allowing time for me to address my concerns and answer all my questions. During his inspection he took photos of the areas that had issues and I was able to graphically see and therefore fully comprehend everything he described during the subsequent diagnosis and recommendations. The entire process was very thorough and well organized. Thank you Wayne and Sierra A/C!!! more

SIERRA AIR SERVICE 3/19/2017

We have been doing business with Sierra air for 6 years now, ever since we had our home built. Every tech that they have sent us in the past has been very knowledgeable and professional and courteous when using their slip on covers for their shoes since we take our shoes off before we enter our home. The last tech Sean will be asked for by name from now on. We really liked his thoroughness and complete explanation of services performed. more

Good Service by Derek at Sierra Air and Heating 3/17/2017

Derek Serge at Sierra LLC is a true professional. He was here for several hours working on the ac unit and did a wonderful job. He also explained all our options in great detail and was very patient with us. He should be commended for his hard work and dedication to his job. I wish all service professionals who enter our home could be like Derek. more

He was punctual, polite and well-informed. Perhaps the best job yet - fast, efficient yet thorough.
