Shore mortgage is fantastic! Not only did I get the lowest rate available the people I worked with were fantastic. Allison Cunningham and Ann Marquette were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were curtious, knowlegable and walked me through every step of the process. I didn't even have to leave my house. They coordinated all of the paperwork for me via email and the closing occured in my dinning room! And the whole process took less than 3 weeks. Great job. Thank you. more

Shore Mortgage To The Rescue 8/1/2013

James Sharkey, YOU ARE THE BEST! I inherited a home, unknown to me, there was a Reverse Mortgage that had to be paid within 30 days... After attempting to obtain a loan from several banks, including my bank of over 20 years and being denied by each, the stress level started to take affect on me. Finally I decided to contact the Governor's office, which was able to buy me more time to search for a loan... I then contacted Shore Mortgage and from the very beginning I was told that I had some items of concern on my credit report that needed to be addressed; previous Mortgage companies failed to mention this to me and ceased all communication with me with know explination. My Shore Mortgage Loan Officer was and still is, as I am certain I will continue to do future business with him, is James Sharkey and he made me one promise from the very beginning, which was to give me 100% effort in trying to help me resolve my credit issues to get my loan application possibly approved. My initial mortgage was through Shore Mortgage and I had such a wonderful experience with the professionalism demonstrated by my assigned Loan Officer that I decided to give Shore the opportunity to refinance my home. This time things were a little different due to the changes issued by the FHA. My Loan Officer was Eric Stein. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your professionalism and your personal commitment to insure the process went as smooth as possible. Eric displayed solid knowledge of the changes set by the FHA and kept me well informed. I really felt comfortable with Eric and the rest of the staff because of the follow - up phone calls they all made to make sure all issues were covered and complete. Great going! 5/13/2013

Just when you think there is no mortgage company that can get you the loan AND the financing rate to fit your budget, Jeff Salas and Shore Mortgage are at your service! I have to admit I was apprehensive about an on line mortgage company but Jeff and his team of professionals calmed my nerves. The entire process took less than 30 days and saved me almost 10 years of payments worth $1200 per month which valued over $144,000 ( enough to buy another home!). more

Great Company! 5/7/2013

We recently refinanced our home with a HARP loan, saving several hundred dollars monthly. The process was easy and much quicker than we have experienced in past loan times. Our loan officer was Juannelious Murray, and he was extremely helpful, even taking calls after his regular work schedule. We had tried another company first and gave up because of their ridiculous amount of extra paper work required. We would highly recommend this company. more

We recently refinanced our home with Shore Mortgage. Steven Mason was wonderful! He kept in touch with us every step of the way, always returned my calls promptly if I had a question, and very good at explaining the process.Got a 20 year Fixed mortgage lowering our interest rate and the life of the loan, plus saving lots of money. We closed within 30 days just like he said. I would highly recommend Shore Mortgage and Steven Mason. more

I have recently refinanced with Shore Mortgage. A friend of mine told me about them. Yuri Resin was my loan officer. He was great to work with. They kept me well informed on every step of the process. It was a 30yr fixed rate mortgage. They helped me lower my interest rate and save money each month. I would highly recommend using them. more

I recently refinanced my home to a conventional 30 year fixed rate loan with Shore Mortgage. This is the second time I chose Shore Mortgage to meet my home loan needs. Again, the experience was exceptional!\r \r Frank Mabry handled my loans on both occasions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain what my best loan options were and why. Frank followed-up throughout the process, and kept me informed about the details. All phone calls were returned in a timely manner. \r \r Trust is earned when someone’s interests and time are considered and respected. This company has earned my trust and gained repeat business. Happy Customers 3/25/2013

We recently refinanced an FHA Streamlined loan through Shore Mortgage. Mike Karabacz was our loan officer. We shopped between Shore and another company before deciding to go with Shore. Mike was patient and answered all of our questions. He gave us everything in writing, unlike the other company that wanted $500 before we got anything in writing. Everything went smoothly and Shore worked around our busy schedule and we settled quickly. more

Professional and Diligent 3/20/2013

After searching for rates on the phone, in person, and on the internet, we decided to go with Shore because of the lowest rates and ability to close quickly. After closing on our first house with a great rate on a 15 year conventional, we refinanced our existing condo to a 15 year mortgage, (I believe it was through the HARP program, which no one else could seem to do for us). Jeff Zanni did such a great job on our new purchase loan, that we called him to do the refinance, too. He was patient, diligent, and personable. The condo is up-side-down (and we no longer live there) but we still got an outstanding rate, quick closing, and low closing costs. We cut 8 years off our existing loan and our payment is nearly the same as what it was! And the closing was at our home so we did not need to drive to Birmingham. We will return to Jeff Z at Shore for all future mortgage needs. more

Not only did they have the best rates, they promised to complete my refinance within 30 days. Jeff Salas and the rest of the team came through on that promise in less time. The whole process was done in just 3 weeks. I would recommend this company and Jeff to anyone looking to refinance with a professional company. more

Highly Recommend Shore Mortgage 2/20/2013

I completed an internet ad concerning a home refinance & within a matter of minutes Vipal Patel from Shore Mortgage had contacted me. I shared that I was skeptical about their ability to assist me in lowering my interest rate & payments since I had tried unsuccessfully several times in the past few years with different companies. None-the-less, after explaining my situation V was very encouraging & was certain they had a plan that would work for us. I applied & throughout the process V kept in regular communication with me & continued contact even into closing (and checked in afterwards to make certain all had gone well). My wife & I are very pleased with Shore Mortgage, those who worked with us, & especially Vipal Patel who put us at ease throughout the entire process. The bottom line - we dropped our interest rate 2 full points & our monthly payments several hundred dollars. Thanks so much! more

Great company! 2/3/2013

So happy to have found Shore Mortgage! We had been trying to refinance for a few years since we bought our house when rates were very high, but we had little luck. Thankfully Shore Mortgage made it finally happen for us! Our loan officer Michael Riley was extremely helpful explaining the process step-by-step and making sure to keep us updated on everything. This was definitely needed since we are in NJ and have 1 1/2 year old triplets! more

Speedy and efficiency 1/27/2013

I would recommend anyone to Shore Mortgage for a home loan. Thanks to the amazing customer service I received from my Loan Officer Brad Weissgerber and his great team, I closed on a FHA fixed loan in 15 days. Some first time home buyers would say I would never want to go thru the loan process again. I would but only with Shore Mortgage and my l/o Brad!! The bank did not approve and Seller's Concession however I rec'd a lender credit that covered all of my closing cost,and still maintained a very low interest rate. more

We wanted to get the lowest mortgage rate possible. It was on TV and news everywhere, but it seemed so dreadful to go thru such a hassle. Kim Perkins was a God send, She was spot on from day one and so were all the people at Shore Mortgage. I would highly recommend Shore Mortgage to anyone. They are 100% professional, patient, courteous, and helpful. I couldn't believe it was done so fast and easy. Kim Perkins never dropped out on us not once, and anytime we had to call her she called us back promptly. Shore Mortgage has to be one of the best companies I have ever delt with. We were out $161.00 but we skipped 2 mortgage payments and we are getting back a little over $200. from the bank. That was way more than we ever expected; thank God we went with Shore Mortgage. more

Our loan officer, Dave Finn, was very professional, friendly, and helpful while securing our 20 year fixed conventional loan.
