I would recommend anyone to Shore Mortgage for a home loan. Thanks to the amazing customer service I received from my Loan Officer Brad Weissgerber and his great team, I closed on a FHA fixed loan in 15 days. Some first time home buyers would say I would never want to go thru the loan process again. I would but only with Shore Mortgage and my l/o Brad!! The bank did not approve and Seller's Concession however I rec'd a lender credit that covered all of my closing cost,and still maintained a very low interest rate.
