James Sharkey, YOU ARE THE BEST! I inherited a home, unknown to me, there was a Reverse Mortgage that had to be paid within 30 days... After attempting to obtain a loan from several banks, including my bank of over 20 years and being denied by each, the stress level started to take affect on me. Finally I decided to contact the Governor's office, which was able to buy me more time to search for a loan...
