My initial mortgage was through Shore Mortgage and I had such a wonderful experience with the professionalism demonstrated by my assigned Loan Officer that I decided to give Shore the opportunity to refinance my home. This time things were a little different due to the changes issued by the FHA. My Loan Officer was Eric Stein. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your professionalism and your personal commitment to insure the process went as smooth as possible. Eric displayed solid knowledge of the changes set by the FHA and kept me well informed. I really felt comfortable with Eric and the rest of the staff because of the follow - up phone calls they all made to make sure all issues were covered and complete. I have referred my friends to Shore so that they may experience sheer professionalism in purchasing or refinancing their home Again, Thank you all, Roy D.
