Review content:
After searching for rates on the phone, in person, and on the internet, we decided to go with Shore because of the lowest rates and ability to close quickly. After closing on our first house with a great rate on a 15 year conventional, we refinanced our existing condo to a 15 year mortgage, (I believe it was through the HARP program, which no one else could seem to do for us). Jeff Zanni did such a great job on our new purchase loan, that we called him to do the refinance, too. He was patient, diligent, and personable. The condo is up-side-down (and we no longer live there) but we still got an outstanding rate, quick closing, and low closing costs. We cut 8 years off our existing loan and our payment is nearly the same as what it was! And the closing was at our home so we did not need to drive to Birmingham. We will return to Jeff Z at Shore for all future mortgage needs.
