I am also responding in reference to the social media blog of a former customer: The supposed customer service and response to this customer was disgusting! It amazes me as to the lack of customer service out there anymore...the beginning of the story was bad enough, but I was not prepared at all for the end of her experience! I cannot believe anyone could treat another person like that! My younger Sister, as a young mother of two, was also battling Cancer, and she had to get a wig. I would have lost it, had someone treated her in the way that you treated Alison! I most definetally would not give my business to Sharons of Brookfield, and I hope that anyone else reading this would say the same. I hope that the local news also gets ahold of this online story, so that they can be sure that EVERYONE knows about the disgraceful things that you are doing to your customers!!!!
