I would just like to tell people of the experiance that my sister had dealing with Sharons Wigs. First of all she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in Jan. at the age of 35...

It's disgusting how this place treats people. I certainly hope the word spreads about how awful the owners and staff are before another woman is subjected to their horrible service. more

Karma is a bitch you rotten old bats. Hopefully after the social media gets a hold of you, the so called ""business"" you run will crash and burn. Special place in Hell for people like you more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

It is amazing that a business owner and her employee would yell across a store that she hopes a cancer patient's hair falls out ... It's especially bad when the business is a wig shop in Brookfield. I can't wait for this business to be forced to close. No one deserves to be treated like that. I tried to call Sharon's Wigs but only got a voicemail ... Hmmm ... I wonder why. Disgusting and disappointing! more

for a company that is suppose to sell wigs to terminal ill people, I have to say your lack of compassion and empathy says a million words. shame on you Sharon and your rude employee. had i been there when you wished a paying customers with brain cancers hair fall out I'm afraid of what my reaction would have been. It's businesses such as your own that don't deserve to have your doors open. I will kindly tell all my family, friends and colleagues exactly what kind of evil people you are. just remember that karma is everyones neighbor and word of mouth hopefully sinks your nest egg. shame on you ... more

For those enquiring whether the media has been contacted, I know that they have. This business does not deserve one more dime going into it. Please call your local station! I can't be the only one! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

So disgusting! Its amazing to me that this old bat Sharon had run a business for so long. I'm sure Allison is not the first person that has been treated disrespectfully. I truly hope that these disgusting actions put this heartless bitch out of business. more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! EMPLOYEES ARE HEARTLESS AND HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE WITH CANCER! SHAME ON YOU!! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

What kind of person tells someone with cancer that they hope all their hair falls out? An employee at this salon, that's who! It was done right in front of the owner who laughed at the comment. I hope this place goes out of business. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

Old bats with ugly hearts work here. Ain't nobody got time for that. Praying for the sinner. You both should be ASHAMED! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

How dare you treat any customer in the way you treated Allison when she & her sister came into your store. Having the audacity to tell her you hoped all her hair fell out. Hopefully with the media getting involved your little shop loses it's hospital and insurance accreditation as well as going belly up on your regular trade. That is if you have any left considering the way you & your staff deal with customers. What goes around shall surely come around. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

Do not use Sharon's for any business. The owner told a young mother of two with a brain tumor that she hoped all her hair fell out. Disgusting and heartless! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

For a business that should be HELPING people with hair issues, the poor decision to mistreat another human battling cancer is atrocious. And to tell her you hope all her hair falls out?!?!?! What a horrible thing to do!!! Shame on you!!! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

Bad, bad form. Enjoy the bad press, because it's the only press you'll ever get again. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

You are disgusting!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

I was truly disgusted to learn how you and your employee treated a young mother with brain cancer at your store. Your behavior was horrific and shameful. Behavior like this does not go without consequences. Hundreds of people are aware of your words ""I hope all your hair falls out"". The numbers are growing. Can't be good for business. Shame on you. I suggest you pray for forgiveness because what you did was truly disgraceful and mean spirited. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

It's absolutely appalling to hear how disrespect and rude Sharon and her staff is to potential customers. Especially to someone who is severely sick. Come on now... It should be safe to assume everyone who works there needs to be replaced pronto. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

Like so many others before me, I, too, am absolutely disgusted by the way this salon treated Allison. There is absolutely NO excuse in the WORLD for saying ""I hope your hair falls out"" to someone who has cancer. That's repulsive. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

How dare you treat anyone that way especially when coming to buy a wig is such a terrible thing for anyone to go through. Your customer service clearly shows your compassion as a human being and there's going to be one day when you look back and wish you would have done things differently. Your ONE act if unkindness has affected many and started a terrible downward spiral for you and your company. May someone have mercy on your soul. more

There are two sides to every story but the only one I care about is a from a young mother battling a brain tumor. All I can think about is what if it were me. What if everyday I had to wake up and wonder how long I will get to see the beautiful faces of my children? How many hugs, how many kisses. I hope all of her hair grows back and I hope that even if she had some part in how poorly she was treated at this salon that her life gets happier every day. Strange but I can envision being a little crabby and extremely sensitive if I were in her position. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 2/7/2014

I am also responding in reference to the social media blog of a former customer: The supposed customer service and response to this customer was disgusting! It amazes me as to the lack of customer service out there anymore...the beginning of the story was bad enough, but I was not prepared at all for the end of her experience! I cannot believe anyone could treat another person like that! My younger Sister, as a young mother of two, was also battling Cancer, and she had to get a wig. I would have lost it, had someone treated her in the way that you treated Alison! I most definetally would not give my business to Sharons of Brookfield, and I hope that anyone else reading this would say the same. I hope that the local news also gets ahold of this online story, so that they can be sure that EVERYONE knows about the disgraceful things that you are doing to your customers!!!! more
