The people who work here are rude & disrespectful to those who come to them looking for help! Do not give them your business!!\r more

Do not go to this salon unless u like to be treated in the worst way. I can not begin to understand why anyone let alone the owner Sharon would treat a young mom of two that came for advice so horribly. To tell her ""I hope all ur hair falls out"" as she walked out. This wasn't a case of maybe she heard it wrong NO, she walked right back up to the two ladies and gave her own thoughts to them as they laughed at her. This is a place of business that does not deserve any and I mean any business. I would have hoped her day of wig shopping would atleast be met with kind patience people willing to make her feel good. Too bad this place was anything but fun. more

So as far back as March of 2011 they have been giving horrible customer service! I cannot believe they can treat people in this despicable manner and get away with it! People never ever go here unite together to boycott this business, customers should never be treated with complete and utter rudeness! more

please avoid this business like the plague. if you were in need of a wig because of going thru radiation therapy, and came in to try some on, was given the worst customer service by woman working there, asked to see the manager and actually was seen by the owner who basically supported the rudeness of her employee and this horrible experience ended with ""I hope ALL your hair falls out"" and was laughed at by both, what would you think????? this actually happened today to a young mom starting treatment...... more

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy due to extreme rude behavior and lack of compassion towards their target customer base. Shame on you Sharon! more

I just heard the MOST HORRIBLE story regarding this piece of trash business. The people at this place including the owner, gets their kicks by treating cancer patients with rude behavior and sarcasm. You messed with the wrong loving mother of two with a brain tumor!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS! more

Horrible!! Horrible horrible service! I will be reporting them to the BBB for further investigation. My cousin has breast cancer. We went in and they were rude, not helpful and acted as if we were ruining their day!! Who runs a business like that?! Completely disgusted by their actions. And come to find out, I'm not the only customers who feel this way. It's okay though. I do believe in karma and when the BBB makes a surprise secret shop...they business will never be the same again. more

I would just like to tell people of the experiance that my sister had dealing with Sharons Wigs. First of all she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in Jan. at the age of 35. If that wasn't devastating enough she ended up having a double masectomy. Because of the amount that it had spread and the stage she was at the Dr.s told her she needed to go through 4 months of chemotherapy and 2 months of radiation. I am mentioning all of this because one of the biggest fears for her was loosing her hair. Since she knew she needed to get a wig she decided on Sharons Wigs to pick out something that would be a part of her life for the next year or so. A VERY PERSONAL AND IMPORTANT DECISION for anyone going through such a devasting thing in their life. When her and her husband went to the store to pick out her wig the staff there were not helpful at all. It was very unorganized and they pretty much they had to help themselves find what they were looking for . When she did finally find something she wanted she place the order only to find out a week later there was a 3 month back order on it. They never botherd calling to let her know. Then when she went BACK to the store to pick out a differant wig by herself because her husband could not come with her this time, the staff there (an older man ) was even LESS helpful and quite rude to her. She then place the order anyway with a differant wig that they said would be in a week later. She wanted to check out other options even though she had placed the order just to be sure since this is such a personal issue to any women. Both her and I went to a different place and found one that better suite her and thought that was problary the one. SHe wanted to show me the one at SHarons and get my opinion on it just to see. When the decision was final and we both thought we liked the other one better she asked the lady behind the counter if the wig had been ordered. The older man (I wont call him a gentleman because he was far from that) said he had place the order. My sister had asked about canceling the order. more
