I see your mission is to ""make you feel good and look better. We can give you the confidence you deserve."" Seriously? Talk about false advertising...the way you treated Alison yesterday was reprehensible. If actions & words were punishable in this case, you'd be tried, convicted and sentenced to life for your abhorrent behavior. In cases such as these, I hope and pray that Karma is alive and well. Maybe you will be looking for a wig soon, or worse, and if your behavior is any indication, you will be alone in your quest. Hope that keeps you giggling. \r more

I think you owe it to the woman you laughed out of the store a very public apology. The story is on Facebook and is going viral.. I will make sure everyone I know stays away from your Salon. I myself suffer from thin/fine hair due to a medical condition.. thin hair is embarassing enough.. then to be laughed at in a WIG STORE?!?! Not Ok. more

My mother is dying from cancer and has lost all her hair twice. You most likely know someone similar. How would you like it if they were treated the same way as you? Do you think your business is immune to terrible customer service? I'm not going to sit here and threaten you; I'm sure you will become well-acquainted with what threats sound like. I'm sure you know what you've done is wrong, and I'm sure this mistake will cost you your entire business. more

Absolutely horrible heartless woman. A mother came in to try to find a wig since she lost her hair to cancer and instead of helping her and allowing her to look through the brochures she told the woman that she was basically wasting her time to find one online then come back and he would order it. When the customer left the employee told her she hopes all her hair falls out. And Sharon the owner laughed. What a sick disgusting woman more

Word of Mouth is a powerful thing. I heard about your terrible treatment of a potential customer with a brain tumor and I'm not sure how your shop is even still open. I'd be willing to bed people buy online instead of your shop because of your poor customer service and treatment of people in general. Who treats a customer like that? I'd guess someone who doesn't really care about their business or their customers. more
