I just read the blog of the young mother who is dealing with a brain tumor. She came into your salon looking for a wig because her hair is falling out. Not only was your customer service abysmal, but an employee actually yelled to her, ""I hope all of your hair falls out,"" as she was exiting your store? And you, the owner, actually laughed? I can't think of two more pathetic and horrible people than the two of you making fun of a young mother who is fighting for her very life!! I hope you lose customers to the point that you lose your business over this. You both should be so absolutely ashamed of yourselves. You can deny all you want, but there is no need for a young woman to make up such a lie. I am horrified by such behavior. more

If I ever heard anyone say ""I hope all your hair falls out"" to a person battling cancer, I would be so appalled that I would be compelled to slap their face. How is it possible anyone could EVER be that rude to another human being? Sharon's wig salon is gaining global attention for the worst customer service ever ..... you might want to call the Guinness book of world records for the most poor reviews in the least amount of time, from people who never heard of you before. more

I heard nothing but bad things about this place in the past. After reading about the way that a young mother battling for her life was treated the rest pales in comparison. One would think a wig shops purpose in business would be to help someone look and feel more beautiful. Not to tear them down and wish bad upon them. What kinda of cruel heartless people would do such a thing? Sharon and her employee. That's who... You two should be ashamed of yourselves. I feel sorry for your families. I hope and pray that you learn from this absolutely horrible event. To treat someone poorly who is looking at wigs, whether they buy or not, is not what an employee usually does. Let alone an owner to follow. Scary to think how one little blog has reached. Customer service is not a lost art. You might want to do some reading on how to change the way you run your store before it goes out of business. Very sad story I read today about how this business treated a customer who is going through some of life's challenges only to be brought down even more by such ruthless heartless people who work in this store.
