Travis was exceptional!
He came with detailed knowledge of our reported problem.
He told me what part of the house he'd need to access, and asked permission to do so.
He went right to work, and figured out the problem w/i 15 minutes.
He reported to me what was inoperative, and how he planned to fix it.
When he said "5 days" and I requested a shorter time, due to both a business in the home, and a large Wednesday night gathering, Travis called in to request a rush order.
He came back to report that SC would overnight the part, so he would be here on Wednesday to install it.
That made me feel like a valued customer!
