Excellent Go-Live, Excellent Service 6/6/2011

Our facility went live with SCI in December 2010. We went live with over 60 physicians day 1. The transition was smooth and we were all well prepared. The team at SCI was most supportive and guided us along the way. However, as with any new implementation, the true key to success belongs with the facility. You can only be as successful as You the facility want to be. The team must be dedicated to success. Think out side of the box and decide what you want your end product to be. This system is incredible and can do so much for you. Remember to pull all the key players together and work together long term. You too, will be successful. more

So far, it's been a great experience working with SCI Solutions. 6/1/2011

We are still fairly fresh into using SCI Solutions and so far, so good. They've done very well in accommodating us and responding to our questions or concerns. There is no hesitation in helping us out. Everything, from the beginning, has been wonderful. Nancy has been my contact person and she has been very helpful and has kept in touch with us throughout this learning process. She has provided great leadership and has kept us running smoothly and keeps us up to date and makes sure deadlines are met. Also, the response from the facilities has been good, they are receptive to the program. Like I said, so far so good! more

From the start, the total process has been great with SCI Solutions. Their selling pitch was good, plus we actually saw how it worked and got really excited. SCI's people came in and trained us. They tailored things for our needs. They were very sharp, and were able to see and anticipate what we would need and what worked and what didn't work. They were very detailed too. This is a one stop deal, and it gets everything done efficiently. If you're losing orders, this is so worth it! more

Their customer service sets them apart from any other company I have used. 1/26/2011

Out of the different programs I have used and the companies I have worked with, SCI Solutions has the best customer service by far. This includes right from the beginning, through to the implementation, and finally to the day to day follow-up. They are always accessible, and rarely do I have to leave a message. They are very knowledgeable, and if they don't have the answer, they will find the answer. We have been with them for about two to two and a half years now. Don't hesitate to use them. The functionality and the rules base of the system makes the possibilities endless on how you can use it. Some systems have parameters, but with this system you can write the rules. Great customer service: they want to make their product successful. 12/2/2010

We are new users to SCI Solutions, we went live in September of this year, and we had an excellent build team. Their support, and their build team, was great. We have had some bumps, we are a big organization, but when I need anything and call they have been prompt to find us a solution. Take the opportunity to get to know the people at SCI and build a relationship with them, it is invaluable. They are not just a voice on the other end of the line. They want to get to know their customers. I have worked with vendors where I am just another customer, and these people want to know me and make the product successful. I love the ease of making modifications to the products. more

Helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. 12/1/2010

SCI Solutions has always been very helpful and very knowledgeable. They have really gone out of their way to make sure our organizational needs are met. If we have any questions or problems they are very quick to respond. If the issue can't be fixed right then, they will keep in contact through email an phone calls until it is resolved. We have been using them for about 18 months, and it has been a real pleasure to work with them. The SCI order facilitator, the fax solution, is the product we have, and it has decreased the amount of missing scripts by a huge amount. We have had department satisfaction, and Billing has been able to get the scripts and then the bills out quicker. ABNs are able to be attached to scripts, which really cuts down time. Teri Hagen more

They are a great team. 11/15/2010

We are still growing, but what we have done so far with SCI Solutions has been really good. They put their best foot forward trying to get answers for us. The conversion was rough because of deadlines, but it was not because of SCI Solutions. Everything with them went well. We have been using them at least 2 years and have had to phase several hospitals in because the system we had didn't have much life left. Now we are trying to perfect some things. Topnotch 10/11/2010

From sales to implementation and the support they provided after installation, our experience with SCI Solutions has been wonderful. They have been absolutely topnotch. They did everything they said they would do and they even provided things that they did not originally offer. They have a good team. They are well organized, very articulate, and very experienced. Their communications is also very good. They did webinars and we still have conference calls. They are very dedicated. I would recommend their template for a lot of companies to follow. Their response times were amazing. 10/6/2010

I am the system manager, so I am the person who had to go to classes to build the system for our end users, and there was not a time when I could not ask a question or call and get an immediate response. It helped me achieve a way to set us apart from our competitors. 10/5/2010

I have lots of experience with pilot projects, including installing equipment, and piloting new systems, and SCI Solutions definitely ranks within the top 3 companies I have ever worked with. I have only been live for a few weeks, but I think it is going to be fabulous. Though I don't know that for sure yet, I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't think it was going to be a 5 for value. SCI Solutions offered us a way to set ourselves apart from others in order to hard tether physicians to us. They also streamlined a lot of operational frustrations for our referring physicians. I would recommend them without a single hesitation. more

It was a good experience. The transition from the other system was difficult, but it is a good product. 9/14/2010

It has been a good experience dealing with SCI Solutions. The building process has been a little difficult, but once I started learning the system it became easier and easier. Amy is our consultant and project manager, and she is wonderful. She worked with me and trained me. She was very good at helping me with the small problems that we encounter day by day. We have five different facilities and four of our sties are up and utilizing the system. The last site will be up by the end of the year. SCI's customer service is awesome. Whenever I call the people there they are very good. Regardless of what the problem is, the customer service representatives are usually able to respond and give a good answer. SCI solved other problems for us as well, not just related to our scheduling. more

Excellent customer support. 9/10/2010

The implementation team from SCI Solutions was very knowledgeable. Though I think they could have understood our site a little better, they did a great job with the application. The customer service team is exceptional; they are second to none. They are very responsive, and always look to answer your questions. The documentation is excellent. They have training videos that are good but a little outdated. We've been using SCI for year. They are definitely the number one scheduling niche product in the industry. They are so good when it comes to all this. more

Customer service oriented. 8/12/2010

Anytime I have a customer concern SCI Solutions is very quick to respond to that concern. They are very customer service oriented and prompt in dealing with anything. The product they are offering is badly needed. SCI Solutions works very closely with their clients. Initially Jamie was there for the go-live date, and even stayed a week or so afterwards to make sure we were happy with the product and getting what we thought. Professional and stellar service. 6/29/2010

We have been using SCI Solutions for quite some time. We have had the program since 2003, and it has evolved over the years. They have helped us to do different kinds of scheduling to fit our needs. They have come out and done audits for us, and let us know how to optimize our use. SCI Solution's service has been very nice and very helpful. We have an IT person, and if he needs anything he goes directly to them, and they help him out. The customer service has been wonderful. C. Felix more

Kevin has gone above and beyond in helping us establish Order Facilitator with our local physicians. It is a very valuable product and has been a great asset to our facility! more
