Review content:
We are new users to SCI Solutions, we went live in September of this year, and we had an excellent build team. Their support, and their build team, was great. We have had some bumps, we are a big organization, but when I need anything and call they have been prompt to find us a solution.
Take the opportunity to get to know the people at SCI and build a relationship with them, it is invaluable. They are not just a voice on the other end of the line. They want to get to know their customers. I have worked with vendors where I am just another customer, and these people want to know me and make the product successful. I love the ease of making modifications to the products.
