Our facility went live with SCI in December 2010. We went live with over 60 physicians day 1.
The transition was smooth and we were all well prepared. The team at SCI was most supportive and guided us along the way. However, as with any new implementation, the true key to success belongs with the facility. You can only be as successful as You the facility want to be. The team must be dedicated to success. Think out side of the box and decide what you want your end product to be. This system is incredible and can do so much for you.
Remember to pull all the key players together and work together long term. You too, will be successful.
