It has been a good experience dealing with SCI Solutions. The building process has been a little difficult, but once I started learning the system it became easier and easier.
Amy is our consultant and project manager, and she is wonderful. She worked with me and trained me. She was very good at helping me with the small problems that we encounter day by day. We have five different facilities and four of our sties are up and utilizing the system. The last site will be up by the end of the year.
SCI's customer service is awesome. Whenever I call the people there they are very good. Regardless of what the problem is, the customer service representatives are usually able to respond and give a good answer. SCI solved other problems for us as well, not just related to our scheduling.
