Nate is a great asset to the Schmelz Team 7/12/2010

Nate was thurough when inspecting my lights etc before car was serviced. Nate took the time to explain all of the service points for my appointment. Informed me of the progress and had my vehicle washed at no charge. He is a great asset to the Schmelz Service Team! more

I was introduced to the sales manager and financial manager and both were friendly, helpful and professional. My sales consultant (Patric) was the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Answered all of my questions or if he didn't know the answer, he checked on it and promptly got back to me. He reiterated often that he would be available should I need further assistance and I, in fact, will be meeting with him again to review some things soon. I was very comfortable with my experience and thank you for the opportunity to say that I have always been treated with respect from all of the staff. Most of all....I love my new car. Thank you. more

My service consultant is PHENOMENAL!!! 7/7/2010

Jon, my service consultant is PHENOMENAL!!!! I have told MANY MANY people about him and told them to ask for Jon when getting their car seviced. First of all he is EXTREMELY knowlegdeable on every aspect of my car, also he is about the most kind & caring rep i have ever worked with in my life, he takes such an interest and gives such stellar customer service, it is simply remarkable! I really feel Volkswagen should monitarily reward his amazing efforts! I run my own business & i know it is very hard to get competent & sincere customer service reps. I feel grateful to be lucky enough to get to work with Jon, he makes me feel good about the entire Schmelz Countryside Dealership. more

The service was done at no charge! 7/7/2010

I did have to bring my car back because my remotes would not open up the locked passenger doors. I have know idea if this was because of the service done or if it was a fluke. Shavawn did get the car in as soon as our schedules worked and the service was done at no charge. I really appreciated this because of the money that I had spent for the previous visit. more

Cesar has always seemed to handle my service appointments and I have grown to trust and depend on his advise. He always reconfirmed the service issues that I have put-off and followed up as work progressed and issues where identified. He is a great Asset to your dealership. more

Kudos all around!! 6/28/2010

I have to say that I was very impressed that the Service Tech, Anthony Harrington, stayed in the shop and worked on my car instead of making me wait an extra 30mins by taking his lunch break. Those are the kinds of things that make customers happy and eager to share an outstanding experience with family and friends! I can't remember the name of my Customer Service Rep, Chavonne I believe,but she was outstanding as well and did an excellent job of getting my car in and out. Kudo all around!! more

Everything went well and Nate, my consultant, kept me updated on what was be fixed which was very helpful. The only thing was that my car didn't get a chance to go through the carwash before I came to pick it up but I was offered a free wash anytime. He explained that very busy that day and running a little late. more

Excellent Service at Schmelz! 6/17/2010

I live in Minneapolis which is closer to several other VW service spots, but I specifically choose to drive out to White Bear Lake because of the excellent service at Schmelz Countryside VW. I purchased my Beetle there, and everyone in Service has always been awesome. Thanks! more

Extremely Satisfied! 6/12/2010

My car developed some engine noise that required it to be towed to your dealership. This was done under warranty and the V.W. protection plan. My car was promptly picked up at my home at 7:30 p.m. and delivered after to your dealership after closing. The next morning we were provided with a rental car and advised that our vehicle would be treated as an emergency break down situation. To our surprise the car was ready later that same day. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our repair experience. more

Mr. Hernandez was great, I also want to thank Shavonne for all the patients with me a couple years ago when we had a lot of problems with the car, she was excellent, and went way out of her way for me. It's hard to find good service now adays. more

We have returned to this dealership for service because of the outstanding customer service. You make fixing my car not seem at all like a chore.
