I have to say that I was very impressed that the Service Tech, Anthony Harrington, stayed in the shop and worked on my car instead of making me wait an extra 30mins by taking his lunch break. Those are the kinds of things that make customers happy and eager to share an outstanding experience with family and friends! I can't remember the name of my Customer Service Rep, Chavonne I believe,but she was outstanding as well and did an excellent job of getting my car in and out. Kudo all around!!
