Jon, my service consultant is PHENOMENAL!!!! I have told MANY MANY people about him and told them to ask for Jon when getting their car seviced. First of all he is EXTREMELY knowlegdeable on every aspect of my car, also he is about the most kind & caring rep i have ever worked with in my life, he takes such an interest and gives such stellar customer service, it is simply remarkable! I really feel Volkswagen should monitarily reward his amazing efforts! I run my own business & i know it is very hard to get competent & sincere customer service reps. I feel grateful to be lucky enough to get to work with Jon, he makes me feel good about the entire Schmelz Countryside Dealership.
