My relationship with Schmelz VW has been exceptional. I have owned a Toureag and currently an Eos which I have purchased new from the dealership. I am completely happy with the vehicles as well as the outstanding attention to service they have displayed. 1,000 percent satisfied 7/29/2010

Jon provided the greatest help and service ever on getting my car fixed and communicating with my insurance company, sending the adjuster updated e-mails with pictures as the car was worked on to verify needs for parts repairs and replacements. I am wowed by the service at Schmelz and 1,000 percent satisfied. more

Awesome, friendly staff 7/21/2010

Cesar was great at letting us know what was happeneing and providing updates. While we were waiting (we got there early) Patrick spent time with us and showed us different models and answered all of our questions though he knew we wouldn't be buying for at least another 6 months. more

They went above and beyond the norm! 7/20/2010

Every thing was great! I showed up very low on gas and had left my wallet 35 away at home in WI and Jon Raye had someone put some gas in my car so I could make it home. Without that service I probably would not have made it all the way home. So Thank You very much that was above and beyond the norm! more

Shavaun is terrific! 7/20/2010

One of the best things that you have done in your Service Area is to add a female service advisor. Shavaun is terrific (so is Cesar) and she can explain what truly needs to be done on my car in plain English. She is also very focused on you when she is discussing what needs to be done and makes sure that she understands what I describe is wrong when I bring the car in for service. Cesar is also terrific. In the past I have dealt with other service advisors who don't seem to have the same level of customer service skills as Shavaun and Cesar. Please make sure that you keep them on your staff. They are invaluable assets to your dealership - especially in the service area. more
