I contacted Sai travels to book my tickets for India travel next year. I was initially happy to see a quick response from them and the agents were quite helpful initially to provide me good alternatives. \r

However, my suffering started after I gave a nod on booking my tickets. The agent I spoke to went into hibernation and did not even respond to my emails or phones. When she finally responded after couple of days, it was with a promise of another phone call, which obviously did not happen. Today, it is more than a week from when I had told them to book the tickets but instead of having tickets in my hand, i don't even have info on what the status on bookings is.\r

And when I could connect to their office today, there was another agent who seemed extremely rude and high handed in his conduct. The only thing he has to say is - we cannot do anything. When asked questions like why you can't call your clients and tell if there are problems in booking tickets etc - his answer to every question is - we can't do anything, as if he was reading from a script (but does not fail to add his frustration to it). \r

In my view, this is a perfect example of bad service and poor customer handling. And of course, it's a perfect recipe to ruin your name and reputation that is so hard to build and takes time. \r
