Disgusting customer service-The operators on the phone sound as though they are obliging you by talking to you, Totally discorteous and unprofessional-I dont know how such organizations can function. I asked for a quote for my travel-the lady she will call me back-never bothered-I call thrice-no response-Always-I will call you back-I have never seen sales organisations being so rude to customers
