I had a really really bad experience with their travel agent Jyoti. I called her to get quotes for India trip and I found her ok, not too polite or helpful but just ok. But when I called her the second time to ask for more information, she was plain rude and said 'all tickets are sold out, no more tickets' and then she hung up on me. It was terrible and very unprofessional. I have booked tickets with them a couple of times before and the agent, Shilpa, was very good. But after this experience I am NEVER calling Sai Travels again.
