A travel agency has to provide two things: 1- Tickets at a good price and service. Most of the time there isn't much difference of value when providing tickets and service part doesn't come into play if the agency has to just deliver the tickets. \r The second component (service) comes into play when plan changes. You would want to change or cancel your tickets. This agency did not provide how much amount they would charge for ticket cancellations. Due to some unforseen reason I had to cancel my tickets, they charged 350$ for each ticket cancellation. \r When I asked for the refund of the remaining amount they told that I should receive the refund 4 weeks from the date of cancellation!! \r I would warn you guys to please check with agency's cancellation policy before booking tickets throught them. more
