I would give - (Minus) rrating to this travel agent. I have 2 very bad experience with them. In 1998, I had bad experince and I thaught they might improved their service. One of my friend warn me not to deal with travel agecy I wish I could have listen to him.\r

My wife went to India with a 6 months old kid and a 4 year. I asked them to put the Infant seat (Besenett) request and they mentioned that they have put it. When I went to Airport to check in the person at the counter said the request was never made they see the reuquest before staritng their tickeing work. I was shocked. I was thining how will she travle with 2 kids for continuos 15 hours journey in Cathy. Luckily, they requested another person if he/she can adjust (Many thanks to him/ her). I asked them to check if the request was made while returning, they said no. Then I asked him if he could do that and he assigned the besennet seat while returning. I will never. ever deal with this Travel agency.\r

For your convenience, I will recommend you to avoid this travel Agency. They go with the name as Trips ad Travels as well (Not sure whether they have open a shado compnay after the Sai Travel's experince with many passenger.
