Lee Gibert was my technician today for my summer AC checkup for the beginning of the summer season. He was very professional and knowledgable and an all around nice guy to speak too. He explained the answers for my questions easily and in a way I could understand them. Being on time and wearing booties in my home shows Signature and Lee respect my time and my home. more

Prompt Service 5/22/2014

I needed a quick certification for a home sale and Signature was able to get me in a busy schedule within a few days and the service man, Leo, was right on time. I was also promised a call when he was on the way, that call came as promised. I will use them again in the future. more

Reliable repair work 5/16/2014

Lee Gilbert from Signature HVAC provided prompt repair service on my AC unit. He kept me updated continuously throughout his visit. His recommendations were conservative and not pushy at all. He took the time (on a Friday evening!) to explain all the whys and hows of his recommendations. I have neighbors that have raved about the dependable and trustworthy work of Signature over the years. I plan to call them again in the future if the need arises. more

Prompt and Courteous 5/8/2014

Scott S. did a great job coming out to our place to fix a gas leak. He came in the afternoon on the same day that we called Signature, explained the problem to us, fixed it, and was on his way within an hour. Great service! more

Scott is the best! 5/2/2014

Scott Shaw was very helpful and efficient. He quickly replaced the humidifier and then (as I am a new homeowner) took the time to review my home's heat/AC set-up, how to use the thermostat and its various features, and how to maintain and care for the units as well. He was right on-time for the appointment too! I was very impressed by the thorough and professional job that he did and would highly recommend the company to others more

Signature HVAC - Scott Shaw, Technician 4/30/2014

It was a pleasure to welcome Scott Shaw to our home recently for routine HVAC maintenance. His knowledge is thorough, and his insight proved most helpful. Mr. Shaw suggested we use the fan setting during the night to achieve more consistent cooling between the upstairs and downstairs. When he learned that some of our family suffer seasonal allergies, he showed us how to further leverage the fan setting to keep the air moving and also suggested we consider a higher-grade filter. He clearly explained the costs and benefits associated with these options and patiently walked us through the steps to program the changes into our thermostat. Mr. Shaw arrived promptly and completed the session in the allotted time. He is a terrific ambassador for Signature HVAC! more
