Feedback for Signature HVAC and Service Technician Joe Sarbello 2/2/2014

Service Technician Joe Sarbello had visited our home on Friday, January 30th to do some repair work and installation of new furnace control boards ( provided by manufacturer ) for our furnace under warranty. Joe was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had performed his job in a safe manner and had cleaned up after his work. Kudos to Joe for a job well done. I would recommend Signature HVAC and their team of service professionals to provide and meet anyone's HVAC needs. more

Scott Shaw - Service Tech for Signature HVAC 1/27/2014

Scott Shaw has been to our home a number of times for service and for repairs. He is always on time, personable and very knowledgeable. What I like the most is that he takes the time to listen to our symptoms, issues or questions, and always fully answers or explains the reason/solution. Signature has been a very reliable company and professional service provider and Scott is an excellent representative for them. more

Joe is really good 1/24/2014

Joe obviously knows what he was doing. He was extremely honest with the situation of my heater which was not good. But he explained why it was bad and what the consequences were. He was a professional and I could tell he genuinely cared and took pride in his work. more

Service Visit 1/23/2014

John E from Signature HVAC did a great job on our furnace. He was on time, used slip covers on his shoes when going through our house, patiently explained the repairs he was doing along with answering additional questions, and the repair work was done quickly and with high quality. Because of our positive experience we are using Signature HVAC for all of our future heating and cooling needs. more

We've been using Signature for about 3 years now and are very happy with the service they provide. They get back to us right away, are prompt, and knowledgeable about our heating and cooling systems. Joe S. was at our house today and was very helpful and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them to others. more
