Jason K. delivers 11/17/2015

Jason installed a new inducer motor and life is good. He also stepped me through the readings he got on the repaired system. Furnace has some life left but we also discussed various replacement options. Geo-thermal would be great but probably pricey. The duel system that employs a gas furnace and heat pump is intriguing. Jason is very knowledgeable and a great representative for the company. Thanks for the good work, Jason. more

Jason K. Was very helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got the heat back on. Unfortunately the fix is only temporary but I look forward to the real fix on Tuesday with a replacement motor. more

Review of Scott;s service 11/10/2015

My semiannual service call by Scott was Nov 5th. As always Scott was very professional but very friendly and helpful with suggestions on saving energy. He goes out of his way to help me with keeping my unit operating well and helping me keep my basement outside entrance insulated. He's the best!!! more

Wade is great! He's been out 3 times now for random services. He is always prompt and happy when he gets here. Very professional and does his job efficiently and surprisingly quietly. Half the time I forgot he was here until he needed me for agreements or explanations. more

Satisfied work 10/16/2015

I am very satisfied with the explanations and working knowledge of Dan. He did a complete exam of my heater unit, found a problem (which could progress to a malfunctioning unit) explained options to me and followed through. I hated to spend the money, but, it was an informative way to do so. Thanks. more

Great job helping us understand our thermostats issues 10/14/2015

Joe S. was great. Showed up on time. Used cloth covers on his shoes when he entered the home. Quickly started working the issue. Didn't seem to men the constant back and forth three flights of stairs to check the thermostat and control panel in the basement. Very nice and offered up a few options to fix our problem.
