Signature Heating and Cooling is very responsive and always schedules appointments within days and never leaves me waiting. We have a geothermal system and Lee is very knowledgeable about the system and always our questions in detail. He always has several options to offer with details on each. He is efficient, a pleasure to work with and keeps our system running smoothly. I never feel like I am asked to pay for anything that is unnecessary. Signature helps keeps decisions cost effective. more

Customer Service and Knowledge are number 1! 4/13/2015

Scott did a thorough job on our heating and air conditioner. We have been using Signature for about a year and are very happy with their overall customer service, and technician's capabilities - specifically Scott. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy and honest. Not a typical sales person who is just trying to sell you things that you may not need. He also seemed to know a lot about our propane/heating unit and air conditioning system and knew exactly why it wasn't working properly. He was not here long but seemed to take the amount of time he needed to fix it and no more/less. He expained in details the problem and was eager to answer any questions. You could tell he had years of experience since he knew a lot about other brands, companies out there and their advantages/disadvantages. Scott had a lot of advice/suggestions without making us feel as though they were ripping us off. more

Responsive, Reliable and Courteous 3/30/2015

Whenever I call with an HVAC problem, they can always send someone out very quickly. The techs are always reliable, polite and clean up after themselves. =) more

Scott always does a great job servicing our geothermal and air conditioning units. Today he went above and beyond - helping me scrape the ice off of my driveway. He's always very professional and on time. more

Wade did a thorough preventative maintenance check on our heating system, and installed a surge protector to prevent costly repairs in the event of a surge. He also noticed our UV air purifier wasn't working and discussed options to replace it, and he found our basement heating vents (we just moved in and didn't know where they were since they look like non-working lights instead of vents) and opened them since they had been installed and stuck closed. Now we have heat in the basement, and peace of mind about our heating system being well taken care of. Thanks Wade! more

Heater Tune-up 12/12/2014

Scott arrived promptly and as usual did an excellent job. My husband was home this time and he was very impressed with Scott's work and his honesty. He is a pleasure to have as our heater and air-conditioning technician. We trust him and because of our trust in him if he tells us something needs to be fixed we know it needs to be fixed. He has a very pleasant personality and explains everything he does so we know what to do. Thank you for everything Scott. We will see you in the spring. more

I have used others in the past, but will not deviate from Signature! They are honest, fairly prices, and go above and beyond. Furthermore, I will be requesting Scott specifically moving forward, as he was very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and so friendly. He explained the process, and answered all my questions. Air conditioning repair 6/11/2014

Joe was on time. He was very courteous and introduced himself and gave me his card prior to entering the home. He covered his shoes each time he entered and left the home. He communicated the costs and alternatives of the repair and answered all my questions! I highly recommend Signature HVAC! more

Joe was early to the 8:00 am appointment which was appreciated. While here in our home, he presented us with a tool that ultimately can help save us money, which we purchased for our unit. He is always professional and respectful, and does a great job for us. We really appreciate his service. more
