S & S Appliance Repair is wonderful. I called the night before and they came in the very next morning. The guy that came in was very courteous throughout the job. He did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money. He diagnosed the problem in a very timely manner and was able to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with their services and I would recommend them to anyone. more

My dryer wasn't working because the fin inside the drum was loose. I called and looked up several appliance repair companies, all of which had recordings. I left messages and didn't have a timely response from them. That is when I called S & S Appliance Repair and was able to speak to a live person. They were even able to come to my house the next day, on a Sunday. I would definitely use them again! They are available on weekends which is very convenient for someone who works and very professional so I would recommend them over other local repair companies. more

I have been S&S Appliance Repair for years for both my home and rental. Bobby seems to be available anytime any day. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem over the phone. The repairs are prompt. He has never had to return to fix the same problem again. They're just wonderful. more

I have used S & S Appliance Repair probably three times now. Whenever I have called, if there is no one there to answer the phone and I have to leave a message, they normally call back pretty quickly. They are very good about getting out to your home pretty fast too, so if you needed them there that same day they would try and make it available. Actually, this last time they came what I would call after hours, but they work late because they know people also work late, so that was nice. D. Delaney more

I was pretty sure that the ice maker in my refrigerator was broken. I didn't know who to call. I called 411 and the operator found three for me, I told him to pick one at random for me and he chose S & S Appliance Repair. I gave them a call around 11am in the morning, and they told me they could be there that afternoon by 3pm. I told them that if they were smart, they'd have a replacement ice maker on the truck, since I live way out in the country and I knew that was most likely the issue. He arrived on time and it was the ice maker. My refrigerator was apparently still under warranty, and S & S was not listed as one of the companies to repair it. He called the company and within twenty minutes they had worked something out and S & S was given approval to fix the issue under the warranty. I was saved! He worked quickly to fix it. I was definitely a happy camper! I'll continue to call on them when issues come up! more

I've used S & S Appliance Repair before, and will continue to use them in the future. They are very reliable. Most recently, Bobby came over and he easily diagnosed what was wrong with our ice-maker. He ordered the part and came back the very next day to fix it. It was fast and professional and I'd definitely use his services again. more

Bobby from S & S Appliance Repair did a great job. His professionalism is outstanding. He called me in the morning to say that he would be here between 2 and 5, and he was here at 2:15. After I described what was going on to him over the phone, you could tell he probably already knew what the problem was by how well prepared he was when he arrived here. He confirmed his suspicions, got the parts from the vehicle, put them in, ran the microwave for 45 minutes, and everything was working fine. more

My freezer broke and after no luck with other places, I called S & S Appliance Repair. Thankfully, they were able to see me that same day, about three hours after I called them. They arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem quickly. They took everything apart and fixed the issue. They completed the job within an hour. They were professional and did a really good job. I only wish they had arrived faster to fix my emergency. I would definitely use them again. more

S & S Appliance Repair repaired a refrigerator for me. It was my first time using them. Now it works fine. They were literally here in 20 minutes after the time I called them, and it was repaired in another 15 minutes. You can't get better than that. more
