Worst

When calling for status of a part NO ONE knows a thing. There Tech is out of the Country for weeks. The other tech won't call back. Office help doesn't know a thing..They NEVER vo...

Awesome customer service and very quick response time 3/8/2013

Prior to calling S & S Appliance Repair, I had a contractor try to fix my washer and dryer. The repairs continued to be delayed because they said parts were on back order. After about four weeks of dealing with the contractor, I called S & S. From our conversation on the phone, they knew what was wrong and they came out with the parts. They were out of my house in about forty-five minutes. The washer and dryer are both working perfectly. more

Totally satisfied 2/7/2013

I was recommended to S & S Appliance Repair by American Home Shield. I had a problem with my stove. He had to order a part and managed to get it and come back the next day to replace it. It was originally supposed to take longer and I had guests coming so I was very pleased that we expedited it. It all worked out really well. more

My drier was broken. The technician from S & S Appliance Repair came out and immediately figured out what was wrong. He went back, got the part, and came back the next day to fix it, since it was already late when he first came. It's working perfectly now. I didn't like how expensive the part was but they did a great job. more

My washer broke late on a Saturday night. Sunday I didn't think I could get anyone out, but they managed to come out quickly. They diagnosed the problem, and got someone back to fix it within my schedule as quickly as possible. more

They are reliable and a good firm to call 9/28/2012

S & S Appliance Repair installed a heating element in a Kenmore dryer for me. It was a job that I could have done myself but I just had no time for. Before finding S & S, I was going to have the dryer repaired through a chain store, but their details were a total scam. S & S did everything right. The gentleman who came out for them was exceptional. more

Honest, great expertise 5/31/2012

The gentleman came out very quickly, the very next day, and he helped my husband with questions about the refrigerator. He was very honest about our fridge, saying it was cheaper to get a new one than to fix the old one. He saved us money and time and we really appreciated his expertise. I will absolutely use them again. more

Got it done in the same day! 5/23/2012

The person from S & S Appliance Repair got the job done in the same day. He was very professional. S & S Appliance Repair did everything in a timely fashion, and the person came earlier than he said he would. S & S got the refrigerator working in the same day. I would recommend them! I got some business cards from them. I work with seniors, and if they have any problems with their refrigerators, I would definitely refer them to S & S! Jaynie Dame more
