I have used S & S Appliance Repair probably three times now. Whenever I have called, if there is no one there to answer the phone and I have to leave a message, they normally call back pretty quickly. They are very good about getting out to your home pretty fast too, so if you needed them there that same day they would try and make it available. Actually, this last time they came what I would call after hours, but they work late because they know people also work late, so that was nice.
