I was pretty sure that the ice maker in my refrigerator was broken. I didn't know who to call. I called 411 and the operator found three for me, I told him to pick one at random for me and he chose S & S Appliance Repair.
I gave them a call around 11am in the morning, and they told me they could be there that afternoon by 3pm. I told them that if they were smart, they'd have a replacement ice maker on the truck, since I live way out in the country and I knew that was most likely the issue.
He arrived on time and it was the ice maker. My refrigerator was apparently still under warranty, and S & S was not listed as one of the companies to repair it. He called the company and within twenty minutes they had worked something out and S & S was given approval to fix the issue under the warranty. I was saved! He worked quickly to fix it. I was definitely a happy camper! I'll continue to call on them when issues come up!
