S & S Appliance Repair worked on our dryer, and they were incredibly nice. I understand how electronics and timers work, and the repairman engaged me very well. He explained everything in detail and gave me a good history of typical wear and tear and how things work. He was very informative and very polite, and it was a very, very good experience.
