When calling for status of a part NO ONE knows a thing. There Tech is out of the Country for weeks. The other tech won't call back. Office help doesn't know a thing..They NEVER vo...

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible 1/25/2017

Please don’t use this company. We wish they had never been referred to us. Everything about the company was distasteful. The guy in the office is rude and very unprofessional. They will lie to you about the parts being on order or that they have not come in. They schedule appointment that they have no intention of attending. Finally we just fired them. Save yourself the aggravation and find someone with a much better reputation. more

Worst company ever, dryer needed fixed! 5/31/2016

Service is the worst I've ever encounter! Waited 3 weeks and called them every week, sorry outfit! Can't deal with this, hope they lose everything which can't be much the way they conduct their business more

Excellent service in a timely manner 3/21/2016

S&S was out to our home the same morning we contacted their office. Required part had to be obtained so repairman left to get part,returned after calling informing us of the fact he had the part in stock. Quickly proceeded to do the needed installation and get our appliance back in working order. Outstanding service in every way. more

Very poor experience. 3/18/2015

I hired S & S Appliance Repair for a refrigerator problem, but the gentleman made excuses and didn't have an idea of what the problem was. He left and it wasn't fixed, so we had to call somebody else. This made us spend a lot of our time, because the guy didn't know what he was doing. The second guy repaired the refrigerator. As it turned out, it was the pump, but of course, the first guy wouldn't have known this. I'll never have them back! more

Very good, fast and clean! 2/24/2015

S & S Appliance Repair visited us three times to our house. The first day, they came and looked at the problem to make sure if we needed to spend any money. Next day, they came to our house before eight in the morning and found we did have a problem with our freezer, but they had trouble finding the parts. The third day, the came back with the parts and fixed a filter that was clogged and was preventing it from getting cold enough. Even though it was a sealed unit, they were able to fix it. So far so good; I've had no issues. They were very professional. more

Decent service but overpriced 2/17/2015

Did all investigating myself. They showed up and fixed the issue on time. Very costly. I could've purchased the part for half of what they charged me. I said something and wasn't much they did. more

Heavy Duty Coupler 5/22/2014

Fantastic, My Kenmore Washer broke, I called Ron first thing this morning at S & S appliance, same day service Bobby was here within 30 min diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem fast. This service tech was the best fair prices, fast service cant beat it. and they give a one year parts and labor warranty Thank you so much for your help more

The most aweful customer service ever!!! 5/7/2014

The first appointment was on time and the problem detected immediately. After that it was downhill all the way. They made four different appointments to complete the repair and didn't keep even one of them. They had multiple excuses. After the first call to cancel, they didn't even call to let me know they were not coming. I had to call them to see what was going on and reschedule an appointment. Finally I just cancelled the work order and bought a new washer. They did not hesitate to collect their Colts on the first visit, though. This the worst experience I have ever had with any service. more

Excellent work 3/11/2014

I didn't know who to call, so I called the store where I got my appliance and they gave me the number for S & S Appliance Repair. I was shocked they work on weekends at night! When I called they said they could take me that day instead of the next week. They were on time, and it seemed to work out perfectly for me at the right time. They did excellent work! more

Good experience 1/3/2014

S & S Appliance Repair put a hose in my dish washer and knew what the problem was right away. I had to get a part so they came back as soon as they could. I'm very happy with the service so far. more

No Communication 7/29/2013

When calling for status of a part NO ONE knows a thing. There Tech is out of the Country for weeks. The other tech won't call back. Office help doesn't know a thing..They NEVER volunteer to call back. You can call for weeks and still NOTHING. When someone finally calls after you hound them, they say they will call back and let you know and still they don't. Weeks go by the office says I'll have them call. NO ONE calls. Repair not done right the first time. My part has been out longer in 6 months than I've had it home. I've use my appliance for 2 months the part has been out for 4 months. YOU do the math. By time the part comes back again the warranty will be up. Big fat "F-" more

S & S Appliance Repair fixed my refrigerator. It stopped working on a Saturday night and they came Sunday morning. Everything turned out perfectly, except the bill. I didn't expect it to be quite so expensive, but I had no choice. more

I will be calling S & S for all future appliance repairs. 4/26/2013

I had another company to come out and look at my refrigerator. They made a diagnosis and said that the freon had to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and I called S & S Appliance Repair to come out and give me their diagnosis. Curtis was the S & S technician who came out. He diagnosed that the problem was with the starter device. He explained it was possible that the compressor needed replacing, but he would only know that if replacing the starter device did not work. He said that if replacing the starter device did not work, all I would have to pay was the service charge of $40. Curtis is amazing! Once he replaced the starter device, my refrigerator was working again. He provided great service. He is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I have the magnet he gave me, with the S & S phone number, on my refrigerator; if I ever need their services again, I will be calling them. more

Excellent Service. 4/16/2013

I've used S & S Appliance Repair three times now and would definitely use them again. They have fixed a washer and dryer for my daughter and she is happy with them. They have also fixed my trash compactor and it works great, so I am very happy with their service. Their availability is good, they are one of the few places open on the weekend. They have a quick response time and they came out on a Saturday, which was nice. The staff is knowledgeable and I would recommend them. more

Absolutely would use them again 4/15/2013

I was very pleased with them. S&S Appliance Repair came out to fix my dryer, it ended up being a wire unplugged that was the sensor so all I had to pay was the service call. I would absolutely use them again, they were efficient and kind. more

The technician who came out from S & S Appliance Repair was very polite and he knew what he was doing. On the first day he came out, he looked at the refrigerator to see why it was not cooling. He returned the following day, with the necessary parts in hand, and fixed the refrigerator. I am very happy with him. more

Stop putting off an appliance repair and call S & S. 4/8/2013

My washing machine wasn't draining and it had been like that for awhile. I kept putting it off because I often found repairmen to be dishonest. I finally found S & S Appliance Repair online and called them up. Bobby was very nice on the phone. He came out the next day and fixed the machine the day after that because he needed to get the part. They were reasonably priced with service calls being only $45. He did everything he said he would, the pricing was fair, and he was extremely honest. more
