I received annual maintenance in early August as part of contract. The service tech, Eric Garner,was very thorough and provided excellent advise in selecting a replacement York system. Two days after install the A/C stopped functioning. Service tech Chad Tisdale responded within a few hours. He was very personable and determined the problem was an insufficient breaker in the electric box the A/C was run through. He went out of his way to go to both the Do It Center and Home Depot to find the correct breaker, and the A/C was back in full service shortly. Both Eric and Chad are knowledgeable and fine representatives of Russell's Heating and Cooling.
