Rob doesn't care to do job properly. Leaves job half finished when called back he told me how to finish putting it together. We shouldn't have to pay for service that they don't fix. He was told the unit was upstairs to the right but he decides to go into the room on the left which was my granddaughter room. Then he tells her hes just an old prevert man don't mind me. He had no right in her room! Next time he came over took a glance at unit and went back to truck to talk to his gf for the rest of the time he was suppose to be working. He said she was going to have a procedure. If you can't do your job properly cause of family issues stay at home with family. Customers deserve to get their service done with people who give a care not uncaring sloppy riffraft.
