Called Russel's because my heat failed to turn on and was pushing out cold air. They arrived earlier than expected but called beforehand to check if it was alright to do that. Rocco arrived and was very respectful and went straight to work on finding out what was wrong. Not only did he find out what was wrong he checked the entire system over and found some other things that were not broken yet, but would be given time. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeably on the system and I would gladly use them again.
