I am very grateful for this helpful service, which had very good customer service. After I discovered, one week before our international flight, that my daughter's passport had expired, I panicked! However, my case manager James Rosier remained calm in the midst of my panic and walked me through things very carefully. He answered my phone calls--and even took the time to call me back. He was great--and the passport arrived in time!
