This site was really helpful in getting my passport ASAP. They had case managers assigned to each person, and they would walk you through each step of the process. My case manager Ileana Vasquez was extremely helpful in providing me the best possible service. \r
She made sure I was filling out the correct forms, and aided me with each step I had to take. She even went the extra mile by providing me with extra fast service, and looking up post offices in my immediate area that would sign my paperwork. She also helped me find a FedEx in my area, since that is the shipping service they use. Then once everything was complete she confirmed everything again with me, and kept me involved until my passport arrive; and then checked to make sure everything went well after I received my passport. \r
I would 100% recommend this site to a friend, and my case manager Ileana Vasquez as well.\r
I really do not have any negative things to say about this service, just make sure you call the case manager and explain exactly what you need, so that you are certain that you have all the correct information.\r
