Jason 960 and Larry answered the initial call and were very professional and diligent in verifying our problem. They literally spent hours figuring out what needed to be done. Once the decision was made Jason 960 and Andy 1897 along with John and Scott returned on March 4, 2010 to repair the broken pipes in the basement and front yard. They were careful of a bush in the front by where they were digging and I really appreciated that care. They were once again extremely professional. Larry was a master with the back hoe. The job was done quickly and efficiently considering that the entire front yard pipe was being replaced. We were impressed with the speed of response and how easy and friendly all the guys were to work with. Roto-Rooter has always been there when we needed them. Hopefully, we won't need them quite so much anymore.
