(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/27/10 9/27/2010

I was in need of a plumber in Cleveland, so Bryan (#1663) came out to snake my bathroom drain. He was conscientious from the beginning - putting covers over his shoes, putting a mat down, etc. He took the time to point out specific piping, what went to what appliance, as well as what I would probably want to think about replacing in the future. He explained what he was doing and wasn't bothered by my questions. more

ROTO ROOTER 9/22/2010

Steve, #3116, came about 3 - 3:30 in the afternoon to jet out my sewer line. He then put a camera down the clean out to make sure everyting was cleaned out and discovered a piece of metal that had started to come off one of the pipes in the ground. He did not want to leave that piece of metal there because paper or what not could have got caught on it and end up clogging the sewer so he ended up snaking the sewer until he got it out. Steve went beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was done right since he never left my house until almost 11 PM. I cannot thank him enough for the time and patience he put into this. more

REVIEW FOR ROTO ROOTER 9/22/2010

John showed up within 2 hours of my call. He snaked the drain where the wash machine drains into because water was coming out onto the basement floor when the wash machine would empty out. He then noticed that this was not the problem and snaked out the clean out which did do the job. He also had his Supv. Steve come out with a camera to make sure things were cleaned out and discovered that because of the age of the pipes they were not connecting correctly and quoted me a price of having my yard dug up and new PVC pipes put in but they also recommended that I have another Roto Rooter man come out and jet out my sewer line which would buy me time before I would have to have my yard dug up. Both John and Steve were very professional, down to earth and got the job done. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. Thank you! more

great service, quick 9/11/2010

After 3 days without luck trying to snake a very clogged and hard to reach drain myself I called Roto-rooter. Within an hour, Keith was there and quickly got the drain unplugged. This company has great communication and follow through. Keith and the service representative who originally took my call were both extremely polite and professional. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/31/2010

I saw water coming up through the basement washing machine drain when the kitchen faucett was used or a toilet was flushed. I called the Roto Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland and they were here within an hour. Larry, the expirienced Pumber, snaked out the drain and got the water to flow but also cautioned me that because of the age of the house, almost 100 years, other damage could be present. He was right. Dan, a second Plumber, was called in and ran a camera into the sewer. We both saw just how bad the line was and made plans to have it replaced. Arrival within 1 hour of call. Al 703 and his helper went right to work water jetting the line. In less than 1 hour they had cleared the blockage and cleaned the line. No mess, no fuss, just professional service. more

Bath Tub Drained Quickly Steven Tech #107 July 30, 2010 8/1/2010

Thursday while taking a quick shower ,I noticed the water simply would not go down, it was as if though I were standing in a bath. I bought some drain cleaner from the hardware store and the problem cleared up after using almost half of the bottle. The next morning the shower had a back up of water once again. I called Roto-Rooter and someone was able to come out that very same day. I actually had to postpone the time they gave me as I was not home at the time I made the call. The tech quickly assessed the problem, began to work and the tub drained. I did buy the product sold by Roto- Rooter which I was advised to use once per month for now on and I will. Three days have passed since the service and the problem has not occurred again. Believe me if I run into the problem again, I will write a review on the product because the cost of my service and the product was not inexpensive! Pros: Worker was professional and friendly. more

We requested John 2723 for our plumbing emergency (July 13 2010) because this excellent professional had come to our aid on a previous occasion for a different problem. As in the previous event, John arrived promptly at the appointed time. He quickly assessed the low flow issue with the toilet in our guest bathroom, explained the problem, and provided a reliable estimate of the costs to correct the issue. He answered all our questions too and then proceeded to correct the problem working in a clean and professional manner. Afterword he offered some valuable (requested) advice on a potential upgrade to our other bathroom. John is a true professional plumber and in addition he is a very likable individual. Quick and professional service 7/10/2010

The drain to our only bathtub was clogged and we had not showered in over a day. I called four other plumbers before Roto-Rooter, none of which would come out on a Saturday. When I called Roto-Rooter, I was greeted by a friendly person who expressed empathy and was eager to help. She told me a plumber would be out in an hour! Sure enough, Bryan showed up within the hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable, not pressuring us to do more than what we needed. He found the problem quickly, fixed the problem, and was out in less than an hour. We were thankful to be able to shower again. It was a little more of a hit to our bank account than we would have liked, but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. Exceptional Customer Service & Work done 7/4/2010

I had a little water in the basement on 6/28/2010 so I called Roto-Rooter that morning and they were out within a hour of my call. Dennis arrived, analysed the situation, thoroughly explained the problem and what he could do to correct it. He answered all my questions in laymans terms so I fully understood the entire proceedure. Dennis was very professional but never pressured me on anything. Great Servive 7/3/2010

Al (#703) came to my house shortly after I called to clear a clogged sewer drain after a back up in my basement. Besides being friendly, knowledgeable and quick, the service was way cheaper than I would have thought. To make sure everything was all good he ran his cctv camera down the drain to inspect it. The service tech who came to my home, Keith, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, explained everything cost related up front and worked to resolve the issue for 3 1/2 hours without adding anything additional to the bill.
