Thursday while taking a quick shower ,I noticed the water simply would not go down, it was as if though I were standing in a bath. I bought some drain cleaner from the hardware store and the problem cleared up after using almost half of the bottle. The next morning the shower had a back up of water once again. I called Roto-Rooter and someone was able to come out that very same day. I actually had to postpone the time they gave me as I was not home at the time I made the call. The tech quickly assessed the problem, began to work and the tub drained. I did buy the product sold by Roto- Rooter which I was advised to use once per month for now on and I will. Three days have passed since the service and the problem has not occurred again. Believe me if I run into the problem again, I will write a review on the product because the cost of my service and the product was not inexpensive!
